The Emergence of the Emerging/Emergent Church

The emerging church is a movement or conversation that crosses theological lines and seeks to be church in a postmodern culture.

Who are the leaders within the emergent conversation?

Come celebrate with our grad class of 2011. Join us on April 30th as we officially send them out to serve God.

The ceremonies will take place at the EM Church at 422 Main Street, Steinbach beginning at 3:00pm.

Splat is an 8-hour event designed and led by SBC college students interested and often actively involved in youth ministry. It will include a time of worship, a concert of prayer, challenges, games, and of course great food. The event itself starts with registration at 1pm and wraps up by 9pm.

Discovery Days is intended for students in grade 11 and up to see what life at SBC is all about. Students will experience life in dorm, in classes, and have the opportunity to meet some of the students they could be studying with in fall 2011!
